About Sarah

Sarah is a Draughtsperson and Art Director working across scripted Film/TV and light entertainment.  She has enjoyed working across a wide range of projects, from draughting on Sony’s ‘Ghostbusters Frozen Empire’ to art directing on the new Big Brother house for its move to ITV.

Originally from South Wales, Sarah is now based in West London, working in film and television studios and on locations both in the UK and abroad.

Sarah thrives on the fast-paced nature of Film and TV Art Departments, helping to realise a Designer’s vision; from early-stage concepts and draughting across all scales, through to on stage/on location coordination with other departments and disciplines.

Formerly an Architect, Sarah started her studies at the University of Bath (BSc Architecture, RIBA Part 1) with an Erasmus year in Lisbon at Universidade Tecnica de Lisboa.  Sarah completed her RIBA Part 2 & 3 courses at the University of Westminster (MArch and Prof Dip. Arch), whilst undertaking her professional training in a central London architecture practice. 

Her time at university and in architectural practice has moulded her approach to scenic design, creating a strong technical drawing base and a broad appreciation of architectural history and style, whilst developing her project coordination skillset that has proved beneficial in her film and television roles.
